Activists in think tank? Cong doing a re-think

After its disillusionment with social activists like Anna Hazare, the Congress is learnt to be doing a re-think about setting up a think tank comprising civil society and professional experts. The party has even deferred its plan to hold a chintan shivir where the modalities of the think tank were to be discussed.
