Cong-JMM set to form govt with Hemant Soren as CM

Nearly six months after President's Rule was imposed in Jharkhand, the state is set to get a new government. After weeks of deliberations, the Congress and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) reached an agreement on Tuesday and decided to stake claim to form a government led by Shibu Soren's son, Hemant Soren.
