Congress popularity dips: Survey

On the eve of Congress-led UPA II government entering its third year in office, a nationwide survey found a big dip in the Grand Old Party’s popularity across the country. People also saw the UPA as the most corrupt government since Independence and wanted Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to take responsibility for the 2G spectrum scam.
