Prime Minister blames others for his failure

Twentieth century American civil rights activist Martin Luther King, Jr had observed: “A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a moulder of consensus.” If only Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had understood this simple fact, he would not be darting from one end to the other looking for the elusive ‘yes' that he believes can resolve all conflicts which plague the country.
