Slip between coup and lip

"I am not answerable to any individual, only to parliament," said Pakistan's Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, as he defiantly refused to retract his critical statements against two of the most powerful men in Pakistan - the army and ISI chiefs. The sudden show of political backbone by an otherwise beleaguered civilian government is as interesting as the fact that the Pakistani army appears strangely unwilling to throw off its sheep's clothing.
