Hyderabad, May 17 - A CBI Special court here today permitted the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to have access to copies and related documents of the first chargesheet filed by CBI in connection with an alleged disproportionate assets case involving Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. The ED had earlier filed a petition in the court seeking copies of the chargesheet and related documents after the court took cognisance of the chargesheet.

Hyderabad, May 14 - The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today served summons on Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy which were issued by a court last week seeking his appearance in an alleged illegal assets case. A team of CBI officials personally served summons to YSR Congress leader Jagan in Yemmiganur town of Kurnool district, where he was campaigning for the next month's by-elections for his party candidate.

Hyderabad, May 10 - A day after CBI froze the accounts of Sakshi newspaper and Indira TV, owned by Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, in connection with a disproportionate assets case against him, the state government has issued an order stopping release orf advertisements to the newspaper and the channel.
