K. Balakrishnan retired as Research Editor of The Times of India. Associated with India's leading newspaper group for over 25 years, he was responsible for several key initiatives including the Times Centre of Media Studies, the Times Fellowships, public opinion polls, the ombudsman programme, the Speaking Tree column, etc. A graduate of the Delhi School of Economics, he was a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Rochester and a Consultant to the US Agency for International Development, before joining the Times Group. |

Narasimha Rao is a leading psephologist, well known for his election analysis and poll forecasts for leading national broadcasters and newspapers including Zee News, ETV, The Times of India, Indian Express, etc. A well-known political commentator, he has been a weekly columnist for the newspaper Mint, and writes regularly in many leading newspapers and blogs on political developments and trends. He is Media Adviser to the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh in the rank of a State minister. An MBA by education, he heads the Development & Research Services (DRS), an organization of professionals that offers specialized survey research services. |

Chetan started his career with creative writing and has worked with India's leading English daily The Times of India as News Auditor. He has also worked in the travel trade media where he was managing a monthly travel trade magazine plus contributing to other niche magazines on travel and lifestyle. As Senior Assistant Editor, LensOnNews, Chetan is responsible for selecting news items for the site and manages the site. He also looks after two sister micro sites LensOnBooks and LensOnElections. |

With his broad-based experience in web design, administration, promotions and programming, Manoj has successfully launched many websites.
