Militant killed in Kashmir, protests erupt - Business Standard
Security forces shot dead a militant in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district, police said on Friday. In his hometown Sopore, security personnel used tear gas to break up street protests on Friday against his killing. A police officer said that tear gas shells were lobbed to disperse those who took to stone pelting on hearing about the death of Naseer Teli late on Thursday.
