The SC, aiming to arm-twist a defiant BCCI towards implementing the newly ordered reforms, on Friday asked the Lodha panel- a threemember committee it set up to look into the operations of the world's richest cricket board- to appoint an independent auditor to scrutinise and keep a watch on all its high-value financial transactions.
