Jammu, May 19 - Posters in the name of pro-Pakistan militant outfit Hizb-ul-Mujahideen have sprung up in Kishtwar town in Jammu Division asking former and surrendered ultras to take charge again.
"We request surrendered militants to return back and take charge again," posters on the walls of the Jamia Masjid in the town read.
The posters, which came up on the walls after the Friday prayers yesterday, were removed by the police, officials said.
The posters warned people against helping the Indian agencies.
"We again request those persons (Over Ground Workers) to return back and do not force us to take any drastic step," the posters said. PTI
